It’s understandable that children want a large canvas for their artwork, and what canvas is larger than a whole street? But it’s up to you parents to clean up after them, this is as simple as hosing down the street when they’re done. So, please take a picture if you want their art to last, don’t just leave it on the street.

Santa Rosa has a strict no soliciting policy. The tubes under your mail boxes are for Park use only. If you find someone who does not work for Santa Rosa placing something in the tubes please call the office immediately.

We’ve been having some problems with vandals stealing and breaking our street lights. Not only are some of these lights quite expensive, but the time it takes to replace and fix them can be used to better ends elsewhere. So please contact the office immediately if you spot anyone tampering with the street lights.

For those of you with more stuff than space to put it, you may want to install a shed, or even a second shed on your lot. Santa Rosa allows up to 2 sheds per space, with a combined size of no more than 100 sq. feet. You must get approval in writing from the office before any exterior changes though. This means filling out a Plot Plan and taking it into the Office.

Management would like to remind everyone with a broken trash bin to please call the Office for a replacement. Please do not just leave it on the street. This only applies to your trash bin, the City is responsible for recycling and green waste bins, and you will need to contact them directly.

The heater has been replaced in the Jacuzzi by the Office, and it is once again open to our residents. The hours are the same as the Pool. 9:00 am - 9:30 pm during the work week & 2:30 pm - 9:30 pm on the weekends. Closed on major holidays.

Our exercise room is now open during the same hours as the laundry rooms. 7:00am through 9:30pm everyday except for national holidays. It is open to all residents over the age of 18, they need only sign up with the office to get a key.

The North Pool is closed for repairs to the spa. So, for the immediate future the South Pool will be kept open. The hours during the work week are from 9:ooam -- 9:30pm, and 2:30pm -- 9:30pm for the weekend. The Pools, like all other Santa Rosa amenities, will remain closed during national holidays.
